The Aviation

The Crème de Violette in this art deco masterpiece lends the sky blue color that inspired the name Aviation. Here’s our twist on the classic cocktail.
Makes One Cocktail

You Will Need:

  • 2 oz Homemade Gin
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • Bar spoon of Crème de Violette
  • Strip of Lemon Zest

Directions:

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, and maraschino liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake for 10 seconds then strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
  3. Stir in bar spoon of Crème de Violette.
  4. Garnish with lemon zest.
    The Gin Martini

    Everyone from James Bond to Ernest Hemingway have their preferred Martini recipes. Try our favorite recipe out with your own homemade gin.
    Makes One Cocktail

    You Will Need:

    • 4.5 oz Homemade Gin
    • 1.5 oz dry vermouth
    • 2 dashes lemon bitters
    • Lemon twist

      Directions:

      1. Fill tall mixing glass with ice.
      2. Add Homemade Gin, vermouth and bitters to the mixing glass.
      3. Stir briskly until glass is frosted.
      4. Strain the Martini into a chilled cocktail coupe.
      5. Squeeze the lemon twist over glass to release its oils, run the peel over the rim of the glass, and drop into drink.
        The Negroni

        The Negroni is a classic Italian cocktail using Campari, a bitter Italian amaro, and is excellent at sparking your appetite ahead of a great meal with friends.

        Makes One Cocktail 

        You Will Need:

        • 1.5 oz Homemade Gin
        • 1.5 oz Campari
        • 1.5 oz sweet vermouth
        • 2 dashes orange bitters
        • Orange Zest

          Directions:

          1. Combine gin, Campari, vermouth and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
          2. Add ice to the shaker and shake for 15 seconds.
          3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
          4. Squeeze the orange zest over the glass to release its oils, run the peel over the rim of the glass, and drop into drink.
          The Southside

          The Southside is a Gin-based, mint-flecked cocktail with a touch of lime. It's refreshing and is a wonderful way to use your Homemade Gin, perfect for a hot summer day.

          Makes One Cocktail

          You Will Need:

          • 2 ounces Homemade Gin
          • 6 Mint Leaves
          • 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
          • 3/4 ounce Lime Juice
          • 1 Mint Sprig (for garnish)

          Directions:

          1. Add the mint, simple syrup, lime juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker.
          2. Muddle the ingredients lightly in the bottom of the shaker.
          3. Add the Homemade Gin and fill with ice.
          4. Shake for 10 seconds.
          5. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a mint sprig.
